Breakfast buffet was very good, much more than what many places offer. The facility is older but in very good condition. Pool and outdoor facilities were excellent

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were super clean and soundproof. Great night sleep. Pool area was nice. Not in the center of town but there’s a bus stop right out front that can get you up and down the main road.

We arrived early, and they allowed us to check in. We had an oceanfront view on the 7th floor, 705. The sunrise is amazing to watch from your balcony. It was fantastic for the price. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious as well and for free. It always tastes better when it's free, lol. The pools were clean. We went on a cruise and came back and got to stay in our same room. We will be back to visit again.

We stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise so if you are trying to plan the same type of stay here is some info I think will be useful. We took an Uber to the hotel from MCO ( $68 and took maybe 40 min). The hotel provides a shuttle to your cruise port ( $15/ person). There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance from the hotel. From fast food to “nice” restaurants, you won’t have a problem walking to get food. There is also a grocery store that’s an easy walk from the hotel ( maybe 6-7 minutes )for things you may have forgotten for your cruise. The beach is also an easy walk away ( maybe two blocks). The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. While it’s not new and doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of a new hotel, as a place to rest and get organized the night before your cruise it is an absolute no brainer for the price and location. If I were coming to cocoa beach for a week this is the first place I would try to stay because of what you get for the money.

A beach town that makes you wanna soak up the sun and surf some waves. Many interesting restaurants and amenities with friendly staff. I loved the beachy relax vibe. Also, it appeared to be dog friendly; wished I knew this to bring my pup! We loved "Salty Sisters bar and grill", we enjoyed both the food and the ambiance; very laid back. Getting around was easy but you do need to have a car for transportation. Definetely bring a mosquito repellent and sunblock! We did the Bioluminescent kayaking and should've done more research about best locations and time for these, we did not see many comb jelly glow and worse I developed an allergic dermatitis to something in the water. Lastly, we visited the "Kennedy Space Center" and one day was enough to see the facilities (though I am not a space enthusiast).

I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it is an older and unkept facility. The room was dirty and not properly cleaned. The bed sunk low and was in need of a new mattress. Old furniture and furnishings in the room. Lamp wasn't working and tv remotes with no back to hold batteries. They had to be replaced.

Cocoa Beach is a laid back surfer town and is close to Port Canaveral. We stayed here the day before our cruise departure. There are a lot of good restaurants and there is a Winn-Dixie and Publix. The beach is nice and clean.

The rooms were spacious, but the furnature was cheap. The ocean view was good, but rather far away. it was too cold to try the pool. It just wasnt up to to our standards. and there were no pictures on the sight I booked the reservation on.I would not have booked there if there were pictures.

I was only at the hotel one night and it was awful.
I was only at the hotel one night and it was awful. We stayed because it was a short drive to the port. Will not stay again. We had dinner at IHOP, it was not that great. After check-out, we had breakfast at McDonald's. It was as expected. We didn't visit any lical sites.
It was a nice and quiet room on the beach, but it was a bit worn, which you expect from a hotel on the beach - lots of travelers. Property was split up into 5 buildings which caused some confusion - 1 building did the registration and provided the keys for all 5 buildings, which wasn't explained well during the reservation. Staff was very, very nice and helpful. Breakfast was in a different building so it wasn't very convenient unless you happened to be staying in that building, so we didn't try it.
This condo and Cocoa Beach were everything we could've asked for and more! Walking into the unit we instantly felt a sense of home. Jan was excellent at communicating and went above and beyond in helping us have an enjoyable time in the area and the condo is fully stocked with anything you might need. Cocoa Beach has a relaxed and calm atmosphere, the perfect low key place to go walk around the area and of course along the beautiful beach. Thank you Jan for creating such a beautiful Oasis!
It looks like the house was prepared for vacation rental not long ago or it's very well kept or both. It was very clean, great quality appliances in perfect working condition. Samsung SmartTVs in both rooms and the living room. Nicely decorated. If there was a supermarket within walking distance you wouldn't even need a car. Walk to the beach, three restaurants and beach rentals within walking distance is all you need for your time in Cocoa Beach.
The lazy river was very nice and relaxing, had plenty of chairs to lounge in around the pool and the music playing was great! The hotel rooms definitely gave off a very beachy vibe and were spacious enough for my family of 5. The breakfast buffet was an added perk, made it convenient and tasted good. The location was great - close to the beach, plenty of restaurants and grocery stores and plenty of activities to do around it.
I love Cocoa Beach suites the rooms area very spacious they feel more like a little apartments instead of just a room I have been there 3 times already this year and planning a few more trips back before the end of the year and I will book my stay with Cocoa Beach suites for sure and I love that the parking area is under cover like parking in a carport keeps the sun from heating up your vehicle.
Lovely location a bit away from Cocoa Beach with the river at the back. We spent some of our time watching pelicans and even spotted a beautiful Osprey. The bungalow rooms we rented were spacious, clean and very comfortable. There is a fantastic roof top deck complete with chairs and tables. We were very happy to find a well equipped laundry room as we had quite a bit of washing to do.
The location of the hotel was just across the street from the beach very easy to access and also plenty of nearby stores and food. The lazy river was clean, good temperature and plenty of tubes offered. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and staff were helpful and kind.
Loved the old fashioned motel on the beach feel and this area (not big high rise hotels around here). Nice having a kitchen and good tv. The staff are all lovely. Price decent. Will definitely come back again.
The proximity of the hotel to Cape Canaveral, the courteous staff was fine. The shampoo hair conditioner and body gels were very nice. The beach although cold for the season, was nice.
Excellent professional friendly staff, great breakfast with great food selection, fantastic location right by Cocoa Beach and beautiful clean recently reverb rooms
