Lakeview is a lively and diverse neighborhood on the north side of Chicago, known for its scenic views of Lake Michigan, vast parks, vibrant entertainment scene, eclectic mix of shops and restaurants, and annual Belmont-Sheffield Music Festival. The neighborhood offers a variety of architectural styles, including historic mansions and modern high-rises, and is home to the famous Wrigley Field baseball stadium. Traveling from O'Hare Airport to West Oakdale Ave.? You have transportation options! A taxi ride would take around 45 minutes. Alternatively, you could opt for public transportation, taking the Blue Line train to Clark/Lake Station, then transferring to the Brown Line towards Kimball, and exiting at Wellington Station. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to the apartment. If you're traveling from downtown Chicago to the same location, you have similar choices! Taking a taxi would take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. You could also take the Brown Line towards Kimball from any downtown station, exit at Wellington Station, and walk for approximately 10 minutes to reach the apartment.
