The motel is old but they had some extra amenities not all motels have: a larger refrigerator that most motels, microwave, large area for suitcases and hanging clothes. It was clean and comfortable. They have a pool but it was too cool to use it but it looks nice. A bit off the beaten path but perfect for our purposes.

I would say the best place to stay in Hot Springs for a very good price😍
Room was super clean specially the bathroom perfectly cleaned and beds were comfortable👏🏻
The staff were helpful and nice and so welcoming!❤️
Highly recommend staying here to everyone 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The mammoth museum was so GREAT- a must see a hidden gem.
The mammoth museum was so GREAT- a must see a hidden gem. Also we had lunch at Subway and the staff was exceptional. It seems odd to say that, but they were so nice and helpful. The area is beautiful, we will go again. The day we traveled the smoke from Canada fires was bad and in the hills.

we have been coming to HS for 40 yrs, there is plenty to see in the area, and Hot Springs is a good base. Its quiet and only a few mins drive to all the Black Hills attractions, and the Best Mammoth live dig in the world.

The city is replacing the Main Street so little tricky to get where you want to go now. However the. The restaurant I went to was amazing ,sidewalk seating and boxes to go. I will be looking them up again.

This doesn't really apply to us we were there for a funeral.
This doesn't really apply to us we were there for a funeral. It's my husband's home town so we did the drive thru town to see the changes. Hot Springs is a wonderful city, with lots of things to see. We just weren't there to do that this time. We have been there lots of times, enjoyed watching the deer walking around main street one year.

A great hotel at a good price.
A great hotel at a good price. It was a big change from last year because the management is fantastic. Last year it was not good. Cody the manager does a great job and has really turned this hotel around. It was a great experience.
The location and price were great. The room was clean and quiet. Unlike most hotels in this price range, this one had newer, clean carpet. Although the towels were thin, soap and shampoo were provided. There was also a continental breakfast but it didn't look very appetizing, so I skipped it.
The town and hotel have great bones, diamonds in the rough, reflecting a more prosperous past. The owners are very sweet and working hard, so we felt good supporting them. The rooms were nicer than the outside appears. Half the price of local chains price gouging for sturgis.
Quite run down, I was expecting it to be decent because of all the great reviews but it didn’t live up to the expectations. Staff didn’t seem very friendly or professional when checking in and the hotel looks tired, needs renovation.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Fabulous place to stay and travel around the black hills and come back to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and located in a small beautiful town by the mammoth site.
Comfortable beds, we had a good rest. And it was a quiet
place. Rooms have a good size. Check-in and out was smooth.
Breakfast included but of low quality.
A good one night hotel.
This hotel provided a place for us to sleep overnight during our road trip and that was about it. I would not choose this place again. I would stay more in the town area.
The location, the hotel is on the creek where you can watch fish and turtles. There is a beautiful river Walk across the street, and you get a discount at the coffee shop.
Beds were comfortable and the place was quiet, clean. The staff was very friendly and gave us lots of additional information about Hot Springs. Breakfast was nice too.
The hotel would not give me the family suite that we booked kept telling me I only booked a pet friendly single room and tried to charge me more for the room we wanted
