Sea View, Balcony for Alfresco Dining, WiFi and Free Private Parking Space (for a small car). Murteiras Apartment is a charming and romantic atmosphere top floor apartment with character, decorated with very good taste and the constant improvement makes this apartment most welcoming. Wide sliding glass doors lead onto the large private balcony with a small table, chairs and a hammock to enable relaxation overlooking the breathtaking panoramic ocean, city and mountains view. Sunsets are an absolute must at this apartment! Ideally located in a Funchal city quiet alley, opposite from the touristic area which facilitates immediate contact with genuine local life. Not far from the city centre and very near the motorway which ensures easy access to the rest of the Island. The apartment has also free private parking space for a small car.
My name is Nuno and I am renting out an apartment with stunning ocean views in the Portuguese Madeira island. I'm interested in architecture and design but I also love to travel, tending to prefer beach or city destinations. If you have any questions about my flat, please feel free to get in touch.
Bus stop a few meters away (On Board and Prepaid tickets - ask for more information). Private airport transfer to the apartment if requested (23 EUR One Way up to 4 Pax with no limit of luggage - request in advance). The regular serviced urban transport (bus stop a few meters away) easily takes you in a few minutes to the town centre and sea front promenade, with plenty of tourist attractions, such as museums, cable car, boat tours, and so on. You can also take advantage of the traditional shopping and restaurants, plus the historic market and supermarket if you choose to cook at home.
