"Visiting Richmond, BC was an absolute pleasure and left me with unforgettable memories of a vibrant and welcoming destination. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the city's charm and diversity.
Richmond's rich cultural tapestry was evident everywhere I went, from the bustling streets filled with eclectic shops and restaurants to the beautiful parks and gardens that offered a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
One of the highlights of my visit was exploring Richmond's renowned culinary scene. With its diverse population, the city boasts an array of dining options representing cuisines from around the world. From indulging in mouthwatering dim sum in the bustling Golden Village to savoring freshly caught seafood at Steveston's waterfront eateries, every meal was a culinary adventure.
I was also impressed by Richmond's dedication to preserving its natural beauty and heritage. Steveston Village, with its historic buildings and picturesque waterfront, offered a glimpse into the city's past as a bustling fishing village. Additionally, the lush gardens of the Richmond Nature Park provided a serene setting for leisurely strolls and birdwatching.
Throughout my stay, I was struck by the warmth and hospitality of the locals. Whether chatting with shop owners in the vibrant Asian malls or receiving recommendations from friendly residents while exploring the city, I felt welcomed and embraced by the community.
In summary, my recent visit to Richmond, BC was a truly enriching experience filled with delicious food, captivating sights, and genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend this destination to anyone seeking a dynamic and culturally rich travel experience. I can't wait to return and continue exploring all that this wonderful city has to offer!"

I want my card refunded immediately as I requested that I be allowed to visit my brother at the property with an extra person , I was never refused prior To my arrival and I had asked prior to my original nite then I reiterated that on the 2nd booking I would likely still he in need of that privilege and the management never responded negatively so I brought my brother over and we arrived at 0200am and that was fine but the management seen my guest enter with me and although I was never told at anytime I couldn't entertain my guest, and we weren't causing any problems or noise but my guest and I were kicked out around 0230am and a separate Tenant threatened to physically harm us and we had disagreed with management but we were still following there exit request so it was very traumatic and I want a full refund for NY $120 plus nite in the cold Richmond, BC STREETs!!!! Now please, No delay!!!

If you have a rental car, Richmond is convenient for proximity to airport and access to the highways to connect to nearby districts. Chinese restaurants which I visited did not disappoint. I had to take away at Kirin which do not welcome lone diners. They told me they were full because I didn’t have a reservation.
Whilst waiting for my takeaway order, they took in a party of 5 who had no reservations. They spoke in Chinese which I understood. Not a very nice restaurant but dim sum items were tasty.
BBQ master serves authentic HK style roast meats. I had chicken and duck with rice which was excellent.

It's in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood.
It's in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. The host showed me the short cut to the bus stop which is a big help. It's easy to navigate for public transportation . A head up for the future travellers when you check in you have to pay $50 deposit for the key, the host will return the deposit to you when you check out.
Very clean, great decor, wonderful amenities, robes, slippers, beds so comfortable, bathrooms are fantastic. I didn’t expect all this. Even the lighting in the room - love the relax setting. Staff always jumped to help with anything. Shuttle is accommodating. So impressed.
I will always stay here now when I need an airport hotel in Vancouver (I go to Vancouver a lot)
only thing, it is in an industrial area, can be sketchy if walking around or some views from the room. but it is by the airport so I think that’s to be expected.
The room was spacious. The chambermaid can do a little more by removing some web at the corners of wall-to-ceiling. The breakfast included was decent. Coffee were good though. There is a vancouver shopping area which is within walking distance from Abercorn Inn. The free shuttle is convenient for us when we arrive at the airport. Just need to use the free telephone (Airport Transfer telephone booth) at the shuttle service area to call your hotel so that can activate the driver.
Checking in was quick and easy. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was perfect for a night before vacation for a week. Parked our car for $10 a day. Cheaper than any other park n fly or airport parking. The shuttle was complimentary and efficient.
The hotel restaurant was great! Good food and great service.
Will definitely stay here again.
So close to public transport & local shopping. It was a quick bus trip to Richmond-Brighouse railway station & then onto YVR or Vancouver Waterfront. There is also a local shopping centre available for groceries , pizza, bottle shop &, of course, McDonald's. Plenty of coffee is available & a full size kitchen helps keeps your travelling costs down.
Great overnight hotel for Vancouver airport, very friendly staff, good customer service, free shuttle to and from airport. Good selection on buffet breakfast, have gluten free bread if you ask. Rooms are large , as is the bed, and very comfortable. Aberdeen station 4 minutes walk away to get you into the city centre on the Sky Train
Really beautiful property. You can tell the owner cares. I appreciated the really small touches from the slippers to free coffee and free water. Think oversized, modern, cozy hotel room with a 10x better bathroom. Oh and it's only a 3 mins drive to all the delicious Asian food of Richmond. Will be coming back 100%.
This is a very efficient hotel if you are traveling to or from Vancouver Airport. The rooms were well designed and had tons of spots to charge devices. The wifi was good. The breakfast was good and started at an early enough time to eat before our early flight. The airport shuttle was on-time and easy to book.
The room were off a decent size and the bed comfortable. The hotel recommended a Chinese Restaurant next door which was fine and handy as we had been travelling all day. The breakfast was one off the best if not the best in our 2 months travelling Canada.
This was our second time back and we will always use this hotel when needing to fly out of Vancouver airport. The beds were so comfortable. Fittings were posh. Staff were nice and helpful. Just a walk away from outlet mall where food options are.
Sandman is one of the absolute best hotels we have stayed at. Have stayed in about 1100 different hotels around the world and this is among the 5 best. We got an upgrade at no extra charge. next time in Vancouver we will go there again!
Arrived very early from across Canada train. Hotel was gracious to prepare a room for me immediately and to offer me breakfast while I waited. Very near huge shopping mall with large food court for other meals.
Jessica House is absolutely amazing. It has become my home away from home whenever I travel to the Vancouver and Richmond area. The hosts, William and Jessica, are superb and attentive. The breakfast is amazing.
The hotel is in a good location. It is very close to the Richmond center and restaurants. It is on a quiet street and easy access. The room is clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is friendly.
Hôtel was very close to the airport and downtown Richmond! There was a free shuttle which was on time and the drivers were helpful and approachable! Room was large and bathroom was clean.
Clean hotel in quite location, approximately 15 mins drive from Vancouver airport. Although its situated out of any place of interest, they have a few restaurants within 5 mins walk.
Room was clean and comfortable. Free parking was good outside the hotel as well. Location is good in Richmond and close to many shopping and restaurant places for your stay.
The staff at La Quinta were friendly, kind and helpful. The room was clean and I found the bed comfortable. Both of these things are really important to a stay at a Hotel.
WE came in late to Vancouver from Mexico and we called for the shuttle we were picked up in 15 minutes taken to the hotel and booked into our two rooms in no time at all.
