Very Welcoming, on arrival our taxi driver rang the hotel as we got there late at night, and one off the staff members came out and got a suitcases and brought us to the hotel, it’s located heart off marrakech, short walk to Marrakech market it’s self. couldn’t fault it, really good breakfast every morning which was included in price stay, The manager was very helpful with directions or anything we needed, always made sure we went out with fresh water. If we went back to marrakech wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this Riad again

Location was perfect. Hotel extremely clean and the service was extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend this hotel. We liked the hotel location, interior design, restaurant downstairs, breakfast was perfect, all staff were so friendly especially Laitfa downstairs. The pool on the terrace is breathtakingly beautiful with stunning views of the town. Room size was generous. This is our new favourite place and we will stay here again next time we visit the beautiful city of Marrakech

Had an amazing time in Marrakech, lovely clean hotel with a great location! Really recommend staying here to experience jemaa el fna square at night time, location is also close to all other attractions. Breakfast is in a cafe nearby they have a set menu which is the same everyday but the food is nice so it’s worth the price. Receptionist was lovely, booked our excursions and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend going to agafay desert with the night time dinner, was a night to remember for sure.

We stayed in the room at the top where the terrace is so had perfect combination of both in and outdoor areas. Olivier is a most wonderful host, very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Fatmina is very kind and she keeps the whole Riad spotless. We’ve never been to Morocco before and didn’t know what to expect. It is so peaceful here and the souks and main square are definitely within walking distance. We would highly recommend a stay in this Riad for a truly magical Marrakech experience.

The Riad Kniza can be a very good place in Marrakech. We stayed first three nights in a small, noisy, cramped room, and one extra night two days later in a wonderful, quiet restful room. Difference was old area of Riad versus the updated new facility. My advice is request NEW AREA when booking. Ambience outside rooms is excellent. Old part rooms must be avoided, or offered at deeply discounted rates to be fair. Clients MUST BE INFORMED when booking. NO SURPRISES.

Absolutely loved everything about it! Felt really welcomed the second we got there, staff was super nice and helpful. Place itself is amazing. Tent was nice and cozy, staff made us even a fire in the evening. Food was also good. Prices were okay and even cheaper compared to similar quality places in Marrakech. We are definitely thinking about going back to this place in the future, and that time we’ll stay longer!! Was perfect way to end our Morocco trip!

This is really a great hotel in a very good location in Marrakech. It’s great value for the quality of the hotel and the service. Breakfast is very good with lots staff on hand to serve you. Unfortunately I had to go to hospital in Marrakech during my stay and they were extremely helpful in delivering my belongings to the hospital free of charge. Thanks again. I’ll be back and looking forward to it.

We loved the hotel!! It had great sized rooms and super friendly staff. We especially enjoyed the mint tea on arrival as well as all the information we received. It was located a short distance from the train station, supermarket and a 30 minute walk to the Medina. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Marrakech and the hotel was quiet and relaxing after a day of the hustle and bustle.

I stayed in this hostel with four friends. The hostel is a riad near the centre of Marrakech in a quiet area. The hostel is very nice, with a Moroccan style and a comfortable terrace on the top floor. To welcome us there was Rachid, one of the nicest people we met in Marrakech, he was nice and extremely helpful for every need. The bunk beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Beautiful riad in the middle of the old Marrakech. The inner court, with a pool, is beautiful, quiet and a perfect combination of sun and shade. However, there is also a rooftop where you can catch rays all day long. The rooms give an authentic feel of Morocco, which is different from hotels or resorts. Most of all, the staff was very nice and helpful, nothing to complain about!

Great riad in the new part of Marrakech, close to the train station, lots of good restaurants and bar, and a shopping mall. We got a studio which was huge, very comfortable and clean. It had a separate room that was all sofa with a big tv with netflix on it. As this was our last night in Morocco before an early flight, we took a food advance of that.

Beautiful property. Even more stunning than the pictures! Our bed was comfortable and clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly always. Definitely stay in a riad rather than a hotel it’s lovely! Breakfast was delicious and very generous, although not much selection (which I believe is standard in Morocco! ) True Marrakech experience!

The staff were so friendly. We had such a lovely stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. It's a 15 minute taxi to the center and it's in a more relaxing quiet neighborhood of Marrakech. The pool was such a plus. The room was spacious and we had a large balcony and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was delicious!

Amazing Riad-Hotel! Every detail is just beautiful. The roof top terrace with a small bar is great for relaxing. The staff is super-friendly! We stayed six days and it was the perfect home base for exploring Marrakech. The manager also arranged a very good tour guide for us. Thanks a lot to the whole team!

The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and always tried to make us feel at home. They gave us suggestions, acted as guides, and enhanced our time in Morocco. The location of this Riad is amazing- a few minutes walk from the center of Marrakech. Despite this, the Riad is very quiet at night.

Had a wonderful stay at this hostel in Marrakech. The hostel was clean, and the bathroom had hot, clean water. The reception staff and workers were very kind and friendly, always welcoming you and assisting with any request. Overall, a great experience, and I would love to visit again.

Yousef and his staff were amazing! They all went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful. Yousef gave us a great tour! He is as knowledgeable as he is passionate about Marrakech and Morocco. The Chef at Emberiza Sahari is fabulous! We can’t say enough good things about our stay.

Villa was great and spacious (4 rooms and bathroom) Garden and pool are beautiful The cook Fouzia cooked delicious breakfast and dinner Villa was not too far from Marrakech center (25 min which is ok) Perfect place to stay with the family or friends to rest in Morocco.

This was the most beautiful hostel that I visited in Morocco, with the friendliest and most helpful staff (Abdul). I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a quiet and safe spot in the midst of the otherwise chaotic city of Marrakech!
